Classic & Custom was published by Regelio Cevallos in San Martin, California. It appears to be a family run magazine with other
members running circulation and a series of contributing editors. It was published from 1980 to 1984, then ceased production. It briefly
re-appeared in four issues in 1996 and 1997. No other information is known about the title.
With the tag line "The Magazine For All Car Enthusiasts", content focused heavily on customs and traditional hot rods. After the first year, this tag line was dropped, but content seems to have remained the same.
