Illinois. The publisher is Louis Weber. Content is focused on the cars that America loves - those manufactured by U.S. firms from the 1930s to
the 1980s plus the more iconic and pivotal
foreign vehicles. Published on a bi-monthly schedule, it features vehicle profiles written by knowledgeable authors, quality photography and value guides.

sporadic in the beginning, settled in at 25,000 issues from 1989 through 1992, then dropped to 15,000 through 1998.
CONTENT COMPLETENESS:
The magazine began in May, 1984 and it is still published as of early 2021. All cover images are complete, but we have only included issues through 2000 at this time.
