Cars and Karts was published bi-monthly by Natlus Inc. in Long Island, New York.
The publisher was Pat Lamar, and Keith Ayling was the editor.
It was a short-lived magazine as only four issues have been found -- from August, 1960 through February, 1961.
The tag line, "The Magazine of the Moment", surely captured the faddish aspect of karting in the 1960s!!
