OVERVIEW:
The Marque was the club magazine for the Shelby American Automobile Club (SAAC). It was started by the
club's early founders shortly after the SAAC was established in 1975. The founding date coincided with the 10 year anniversary of
the Shelby Cobra. Content mostly covered racing events, news and tips. After twenty issues, it was
renamed to The Shelby American.
